Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

By using ChaosCast ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

The Service

ChaosCast is a multistream management tool that allows you to stream to multiple platforms simultaneously through OBS Studio. The Service includes the chaoscast.live website, the ChaosCast OBS Plugin, and related software.

Your Account

You sign in using your Twitch or YouTube/Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any stream keys you store in the Service. Do not share your bridge URL with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate the terms of service of any streaming platform, distribute illegal content, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Stream Keys and Platform Access

You provide your own stream keys and platform credentials. ChaosCast encrypts and stores these to enable multistreaming. We are not responsible for issues arising from invalid, expired, or revoked stream keys.

YouTube API Services

If you use the YouTube integration, your use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke ChaosCast's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Account permissions.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live streaming involves many variables outside our control, including platform availability, network conditions, and OBS configuration.

Limitation of Liability

ChaosCast is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost streams, missed broadcasts, or platform account issues.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
